Well, after the way a CSM/head cashier whatever she was just treated me, I stopped arguing and left. My husband and my children were embarassed. I just emailed the store and corporate and hopefully will find some resolution. She took the coupons for overage on the DOVE 2.50 off 2 without realizing it. Then she read me the riot act over the KNOX coupons (only tried 2) then tried to tell me she should only be using one band aid coupon (only had two) becasue it states ONE PER PURCHASE. By then I said are you kidding me. That means one per item which is corporate policy. It is on your website. We then got into an argument. She stood staring at me and I said fine. I will just email corporate for clarification for both of us. She then stood there and read every single one of my coupons (only used 6) over and over. I was so upset when I left. Hopefully I will get some clarification as to overage being applied to orders and anything else. I also told them that I thought that since they had so much turn over in the customer service area, that coupons and other customer service issues should be in the training when they start but also should be reviewed in a 1 hour training periodically to be sure cashiers were treating customers in a uniform fashion and making the shopping experience good for everyone involved, as my experience this evening was anything but. Hopefully, I will hear back and get clarification. I am a little steamed over being treated this way. I didn't even care that much over the knox. Was annoyed but was gonna come home and whine about it later. But the rest made me mad. Esp. when she snarled at DH when he was silly enough to ask her a question in the middle of it. UGH

HOT re: Walmart: Read before posting vent or complaint ~ 2009 - 2010

I went to Walmart last week to pretty much put together a package for my brother overseas. Went to my Walmart I used the EXACT coupons at the week before. Well I ended up not getting any knox, just 4 packs of razors, the .97cent 1st aid kits ( had 2.00 off any J&J first aid product) along with dog food & laundry det. Well, I got a very understanding cashier, until she rang up the coupons that were asking if the amount was correct. She then called over CSM, the same little lady came over & a snotty girl- dunno who she was, but just acted like a know it all girl with no athority. I explain the coupons to the CSM & the girl said no, that isn't right & said I cannot get things for FREE & make money from it. I told her I was not making money or asking for the overage back, I was buying MORE of their products & would still be paying 30.00 out of pocket. She took the coupons from the nice manager & decided to go to the head manager of the store, he was ringing everything and trying to get the coupon to work in the Eye Dr's place in the store. Well, she walks back over saying nope, I told you we cannot take these, they are illegal & we will not get paid for them. So, another head manager for the store see's I am getting pretty upset ( I have NO patience for people who are just arrogant & have no REAL athority) He goes through the coupons and my products, then tells me he can only take "one coupon per perchase" I said that is correct, I am perchasing 8 J&J Kits, 4 Razors, so I have one coupon for each one I am perchasing. I am not giving you 2 different coupons per item. He got that FINALLY, so he decided to make ANOTHER excuse, well I got a memo & I am the store manager & this is cookie cutting couponing!!!! THAT WAS A 1ST!!!!!!! I said do what? He said YES, the manu. will NOT give us money back on all these coupons as only ONE person is using them. He said, it is "cookie-cutting" couponing. So, I said I do not understand HOW a manu. would know only ONE person is buying their product & really WHY they would care as long as their product SOLD, and when Walmart submits the coupons taken in, they are all submited at the same time. He said well I will CROSS out the 2.00 & write .97 on them & give you the item free. I said no, that is coupon FRAUD & I told him I was pretty sure if he did that it would void the entire coupon. I told him the manu is offering ME 2.00 off THEIR product & didn't limit the price. He didn't care & kept on with the cookie BS, so I said well, I don't want ANYTHING from here. And LEFT.

Now he can pay his employee's to put sold items BACK instead of selling them & be done.
