WALMART Honoring Preferred Shopping Card Prices

I'm not quiet sure what this means. Can someone explain it to me?

"We do honor "Preferred Shopping Card" advertised prices. Must be like items, be advertised and require a competitor's shopping card, for the discount to apply."

I've always been told they don't price match if you have to have a card to get the price.

I've been told that before also. However, according to their WRITTEN CORPORATE COUPON POLICY that you're quoting from, they DO! I didn't have my copy w/me when I was told that by an ASM, but now I carry it with me constantly. PERIOD. (and I have my CVS extra care card handy, too!!) It's hard to refute a hard copy of THEIR corporate policy!!!!!!! ;D

Sounds like as long as it's advertised in print, is the same EXACT item, and you need a card to get that price, then they will honor it.
