I have no idea if they would be good or not. Maybe you can try one bottle and see what you think?

If you can't use all that you're getting, maybe try a local food pantry, church outreach program, etc.
Or share with your neighbors. I actually made up a dollar tree salad bowl with 5 dressings, a cheap thing of bacon bits and a small thing of croutons with a "Happy Summer" handmade card and handed that out to all my neighbors. Cost me less than $5 and really made my neighbors day.

I would say you definitely can't freeze the ones like Ranch because of the maynnaise in it, which can't be frozen. I'd say the simpler ones, oil & vinegar, light vinagrette, those you might be able to.
My Wish List! I shop at Shaw's, CVS, Rite Aid, Market Basket & Super Walmart!
if your getting the mariade flavors (asian seseme, itialian, balsamic vinegarette, and what not) you can put your meat/chicken in a ziploc bag with some of the marinade flavor in the bag and freeze it that way---then when you pull it out of he freezer , it marinates as it thaws

I would make a recipe with it, and freeze it after that.

Make it, wrap it up, and throw it in the freezer.

I would not freeze it in the bottle as it would expand and probably break the bottle - but in a recipe (FF Italian baked w/ chicken with a side of rice and broccoli is really good) it should freeze fine.
I froze 1000 Island one time, and when it thawed out it wasn't good. I won't be doing that again.
