WALMART $1/1 Hartz coupon - free/cheap, use with Hartz/Bolt rebate

I posted a thread in the rebate forum, but want to share specifically what I did with this coupon, because this can be a very good deal (esp. with the rebate) if you know the cheap items.

from my thread: "I was at (usually slightly higher-priced)Walmart today and used the $1/1 Hartz any product q on a puppy bottle [by pet meds] that was priced at $1.24. So .24 for a puppy bottle that I can donate to my friend who fosters pets - or I'd be certain that a humane society would LOVE those - and after postage and the .24 I'll make $3.44 on this rebate."

I felt good shopping today and getting free no-nonsense nylons and a puppy bottle to donate :) Almost makes the agonizing trip to WM worth it!

I'm not sure - I didn't really look at pet treats (no cat and have more dog treats than I know what to do with!). I just came across that line I pasted from what Blessed3times posted in the brag thread when I was running my search to make sure no one started a thread already about this.

i had found the trial bags of cat treats at walmart for i think .89 cent...under a dollar and the coupon didnt exclude it...also there was a flea and tick cat spray for .99 cents...i got what i could to donate...also if u have other pets hartz does bird food and small animals food and accessories also...great coupons use them up even just to donate!!
