You could also trade for them. I'm sure our members have extras. I know a couple papers we bought ad more than one Unilever since it was so thin.

can you imagine the headache from trying to use these coupons on trial sizes even though you can? each and every one will beep, hardly worth the hassle IMHO. But then again I don't eat ham.

I've never used my coupons on trial items (I'm still new) do they give you a hard time? What about the overage? How do they handle that?

I have already bought some of the Unilever products this month, so purchasing a dozen or so of the Axe trial sizes and using Q's to make them free to get me up to the $40 works well for me. Thanks for the heads up!

I figure if we buy them in groups of like 5 it won't be as bad. We don't get too much trouble at our stores so long as its not tons of coupons that have to be adjusted or pushed through.

Some stores/employees may give you a hard time. Much of this is due to the fact that the coupon is worth more than the item. They can adjust the coupon to match the price or force it through to give the overage.

When we shop at our local stores I normally just put everything on the belt, let them scan the coupons and if they hesitate, explain what any means, if they say its more than the item I explain they can adjust it down as a general manufacturer's coupon. If they continue to argue I will normally escalate to the CSM/ast manager/store manager as needed. Normally though it doesn't go past them forcing it through. I'm fine with free body wash though. Saves me having to buy something to eat the overage.:shrug7:
