Walmart FINALLY came around.....They gave overage and OFfered to have me price match..

Well ,, i had a totally awesome day at walmart...

i figured it was going to be a really BIG mess,.. it usually is but we have very few stores here to shop at so i trudge thru it anyways...LOL..

But today I had 2 baskets full of stuff.. and i had about 200 coupons.. so i was really getting nervous... (i hate confrotations in the store) the cashier took all my coupons and was happy to do it.. then when my balance went down from 370.00 to 49.xx, of course the machine beeped and here comes the very cranky CSM to over ride... Before she even got to the register, she told the cashier... " Now you do know that even if the coupon is MORE than the price of the item, we ok it right?"....



I JUST ABOUT DIED RIGHT THERE ON THE FLOOR!!!!!!!


nO FUSSING OVER THE 32.00 OVERAGE ON TEH POWERADE....

Then , as she was over riding the register, she said " if you ladies would would ad match, then use the man coupons you could save even more....I WAS FLOORED.... then she proceded to tell me what towns we could match ads from....LOL...and well can i just say we were absolutly THRILLLED>...

for us here this has been an issue for sooo long...

I get to use my k-y and my trial sizes, and I am going to get 1.03 overage on teh dove shampoo... LOL... Can u say YEAH!!!!! can u say goodbye stephanie ,,, because i will be shopping at walmart instead of being on HOT COUPON world trading off all my coupons...LOL.....This mean i get to PM tyhe krogers add....LOL.. i know i can't tripple coupons, but, when the sugar goes on sale for 99 cents during the holidays and etc, i get to price match....LOL...

I would totally contact Walmart and let them know how much of a great trip you had, and include names! I do that with R.A. now and then because they are so awesome about my couponing!

i was at my wal-mart this am and had 49.50 in qpons and my total was only 4.48 after and the csm ok'd with out any trouble. and the cashier said wowand told me that i should teach his wife how to do this and i just laughed at him and went on my way so proud of myself

HI, thanks all.. I have to pick up the kiddos in a few and can you guess where i am going?????LOL... walmart....

the CSM is actually the person who started all the mess with the use of my coupons...lol..But you can bet all those long letters to walmart corp did the trick... Because everytime i had an issue i wrote them and then the store manager would call me back... lol.. now it seems there is going to be no problems.... I am off to do christmas shopping.. or stockpiling,,, or groceries that i need... welll , shoot.. i am off to do anything walmart will pay me to do.....LOL...LOL..
