I just emailed them too. The cashier said I was trying to triple coupons b/c I had three of the same coupon, even though it was for 3 different items. Then she wouldn't take my rolaids man Q b/c the rolaids I was purchasing wasn't the same as the rolaids in the picture even though the Q clearly stated it was for ANY rolaids product. I just don't get why the cashiers care what coupons I use if I am using them correctly. Sometimes it seems like they think it's there job to keep people from saving money...

I just used some last night, however the lady asked me if they were copies or if I printed them and where did I go to get them....it had the name in bold letters at the top of the coupon. But she accepted all of them. whoo hoo I came out of there with 20 worth of stuff for less than a 1.50. yeah I am catching on.

From what i have heard, WM can and has fired cashiers for taking coupons that are not legit. MY DH worked in WM while in college and he told me it happened several times in the stores he was at.

You think that WM being the big entity it is would just train ppl better but nope, i guess that is not a high priority for them. SHame, cuz i thought the 'customer service" was a big point of theirs. Either way, whatever. I avoid them like the plague now b/c i get better deals & less hassle everywhere else.
