Call corporate from the store - they will contact the store and have the HIGHEST level of manager meet you in the store and get it fixed

FYI though corporate policy is ONE of each type of internet coupon per customer, must have manufacturer coupon on it, etc

here is the link to leave feedback about your store experience
Wal-Mart - Feedback

here is the current wm coupon policy
it still says internet coupons
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. - Wal-Mart Coupon Policy

I believe if we keep leaving feedback about our experiences with coupons that these situations will get fixed.
To leave the store and take a NO on internet coupons, the mumbo jumbo about one coupon for one entire order - is letting that store get away with something that isn't correct.
Fire off an email or call the contact number.

crawling on my soapbox here -

Walmart is the only store around me where I can use ip's. I play by the rules. I want to use my legitimately printed ip coupon. Walmart will probably join the rest of the retailers(around me) and stop accepting ips - but until then - I want to use my ips.
off soap box

Thank you for posting that link, I just fired one off at them (in a nice way :) ) and hope to get the green light to go back there with my IP's :)

Thank you! We all need to stand up for what they already say is policy and stop taking the individual locations 'phooey" as the final answer.

I've sent an email to Wal-Mart explaining the situation and asking if there has been a change in policy.

*UpDate* This afternoon I received a phone call from an assistant manager apologizing that our one IP had not been accepted. He was very very nice and very sorry and wanted to know who the cashier/manager was so he could ensure they were properly trained. I am very impressed to have received a call! Thanks to all the info I learned through HCW I was armed and prepared to stick up for our couponing rights Now I have the Wal-Mart coupon policy printed and I'll know who to ask for if I have any more issues.

Wow, I am going to count my blessings.

I used 4 of the $5.00 zantac IP's - printed at 2 different puters the other day. When I paid, I thought my total sounded a bit high, but didn't double check because I had a cranky baby with me. After I got home, I found that for some reason only 1 of the coupons scanned. I called the store and told them what happened and they had me come in the next day. They gave me $15.00 cash without blinking an eye. The best part was that the Zantac is only $3.98, so I got $1.02 overage for each box! (used it to buy silverware since ours seems to be disappearing rapidly!)

*update*

Recieved a call from upper management from the store that I had issues, he apologized profusely and said yes come in w/ your IP's we do take them. Went on to say that it would all be taken care of and if any more troubles came up to drop his name.
Also offered & is sending out $20 GC for my troubles. I woulda been happy just to go back & use my Q's but heck i'll spend the GC too!

Fortunately we haven't had any issues with IPs at our 3 SWMs. Not sure if it's because we print them in color or they're just IP friendly. Sometimes you get a cashier who reads through it, inspecting it in a way but have never questioned or not allowed one to go through.

And I'm hoping it stays that way for our SWMs.

I went last night w/ my GC and coupons and got to use almost all the q's. THey took all the IP's but refused a deal on the Pledge. I was buying 2 (one q f/ BIGIF, one $2off) and they refused to let me use both q's. The Csr even came over and argued on it. She just flat out refused. I gave up, and told her give me my q's back and you can keep the merchandise. Every time I've gone in there with q's its been a hassle. No more.

I'm so annoyed that i don't want to be bothered with dealing w/ walmart anymore. I will shop at coupon friendly Target. They have better sales anyways.

I was refused mine this past Tuesday.
And she was from another state, and asked another cashier, if they denied here in Georgia too. She said yep.

I just emailed them, thanks for the tip.
