Re: No more IPs? Hi - I had posted about this on another thread. Funny thing is, two weeks later and I now cashier there, lol. ANyway, when I had my issue, I contacted corporate - the girl there couldn't believe I had been denied using my IPs. I got a call from the store manager saying that they were changing their policy and that they are supposed to take the internet coupon BUT only if it scans.
Since I now work there, all I can say is that my store does NOT train their cashiers on anything. I was trained for an HOUR on the register, working with various people who all had their own ways of doing things. That was it and I was on my own. I got to say, that at my store, they also put fear into you about how you will 'coached' for doing things wrong. It is easy for me to see now, why some of the cashiers I have been to have been leary of taking coupons especially when the register doesn't like the coupon. |
