Most of them will ask "Valid Coupon Amount?" and ask the cashier to hit a key to accept the coupon. I don't know of any right off that don't ask that.

Default WALMART help with a few prices please

well my hubby decided to spring on me to make a banana pudding for thanksgiving....now that i am (well, was) done shopping for food this week. so I have to get everything for it. I need a few prices if you don't mind. I know it might be pennies between walmart prices and foodlion (this is the two stores I have narrowed down to in my area, because I have to go after work after 10pm tomorrow) but they are both on the way home so just curious.

    I need:
    2 lbs. bananas
    3 boxes jello pudding
2 tubs cool whip (or one larger one)
    1 box Nilla wafers
    2 pepsi 2 ltrs
    1 gallon milk

coupons I plan to use, no matter where I go:
1.25/3 jello pudding (the one that beeps for everyone)
.55 off bananas wyb Nilla wafers
(and if nilla wafers can be considered crackers) $1/1 nabisco crackers

I don't have any cool whip coupons unfortunately, but any suggestions would be great. don't ya just love last minute requests (especially when you have none of the ingredients to make it) reps for the help

    I need:
2 lbs. bananas bananas are still .39/lb
3 boxes jello pudding small boxes are .86/each and large boxes are .75/each
2 tubs cool whip (or one larger one)
    1 box Nilla wafers
    2 pepsi 2 ltrs.98/each
    1 gallon milk

coupons I plan to use, no matter where I go:
1.25/3 jello pudding (the one that beeps for everyone)
.55 off bananas wyb Nilla wafers
(and if nilla wafers can be considered crackers) $1/1 nabisco crackers I'm fairly certain they're not considered crackers.

I don't have any cool whip coupons unfortunately, but any suggestions would be great. don't ya just love last minute requests (especially when you have none of the ingredients to make it) reps for the help

I made some notes in red for the prices I knew and a note about Nilla wafers. Hope it helps!

I don't think Nila Wafers can be considered crackers as they are cookies.

Bananas at my Walmart are about $0.50 a lb (I am sure this varies by region) and milk is like $2.89 a gallon (again varies)

Soda prices change all the time at my Walmart because it is always about who scored the better deal that week Pepsi or Coke. But on average a 2 liter is usually about $1.25

I think last time I price checked Jello and Cool whip they were both in the $1.00 range. But I have so much Jello that its been a while and I like real whipped cream over cool whip. Have no idea about the nilla wafers though...

    Banana Pudding sounds good!

    thanks you very much

milk at my store is 2.59, competing with HT down the street. I think I may just go to walmart. it won't be much difference in pricing once it is all together, because I think milk is more at foodlion anyways. I have to work tomorrow so my store options are limited, and i think this will be the best bet. and just when I thought I was done lol. but it will be delicious!

side note: I thought about making my own whipped cream, because it would taste way better, but I have so much to do in so little time.....cool whip is my short cut.

The items I priced are part of the holiday rollbacks. I thought they were pretty much everywhere. Sorry, QOTH. :shrug7:

    bananas are .39/lb
    cool whip I think .99
milk is $2.88/gallon, but you might want to check out walgreens or cvs. Around here, milk is usually $1.99 in the drug stores.

I'm jealous of $1.99 milk at CVS. It's always $3.19/gallon at my CVS, they've got a big sign in the front window.

A gallon of milk was about $2.50 when I last bought it at walmart.
