walmart a big pain

I went to walmart to pick up my cleanteam and because it did not match the pic on the q they would not let me use my q and i had 80 packs in my buggy they order for me.Now i have to call corp and the dm about them .The cashier start the cried that i was getting them free and then the manger said i was using the q wrong i was using that q sinci they was coming out.Now i have to wait on corp,

I hate shopping at WM, but, I went today because they carry 2 products that I wanted that aren't carried anywhere else in town. I also used my $5 Zantac and the price was 3.98. When the cashier scanned the coupon, it asked her a question (her words), and instead of looking at it and inputing the amount, she just put it aside and didn't credit me for it. Then she put it in her drawer with all the other Qs. I was leaving her register when I realized that the $5 Q was missing from my receipt. Had to wait for a supervisor to come and open her register so she could shuffle through all her Qs and find mine. I was fuming by then, so, I just went to CS and returned the Zantac. The CS girl said, "I can just give you credit for your coupon." "No, thanks, I'm too p**sed off right now."

Geez, why can't these people see that they were SELLING 80 items?! Dopes!

*shakes head* I am beginning to be glad the same people are always working at my WM so I can get out without a hassle. once lawn and gardens opens I'm golden as the girl out there thinks DH is hot and will put through anything that seems legit, lol.

I had that same problem today! Ugh, corporate just told me that I have to talk to the store manager about it. I did call Kimbery Clark though. Their CS agreed with me. She said that the intent of the coupon is to be able to buy any 2 cleanteam products it does not matter is pictured on the coupon. She was shocked that they told me know. She actually suggested that I don't go back to WM with my coupons, lol. The manufacture is forwarding my complaint to Walmat and is sending me a "high dollar coupon" to make up for my troubles. I would call Kimberly Clark and make a complaint. Maybe if enough of our complaint are forwarded walmart will change their attitude.

Has helped me many times in life, even though he still looks at me weird when I tell him to go bat his eyes at so and so to make life less of a pain.
And shmoozing comes naturally for him. It works well.
We have one particular person having to do with a sports league that if we need it, I can't get boo. Nothing. Nope. Nada. But if he goes in and asks her personally, she rolls out the red carpet and gives him whatever he wants.

I had the same scenario at my Walmart! The "manager" claimed that I had to buy only the items pictured on the coupon and not "any" - like the coupon states. I was so peoed at her that I left the items there and took my coupons and went out to my car. I now have a coupon policy for Walmart and it states that they will take printed coupons. I had one printed and one manufacturer coupon and they refused to take either of the coupons. I think that next time I will bring up a dictionary from the store up to the register and show them what the word "any" means!!!! We shall see if I get any justice... let's see ... if I don't get any justice, then I will be contacting Kimberly Clark and complaining. The manager at the Walmart thinks that I am beneath her and silly for using a coupon. She even stated that I can't use the coupon b/c I will be getting it real cheap. I told her that that was why I use coupons - to get things cheap! How dare she!
