I NEVER got my check, neither did 4 of my friends who sent off Organix shampoo rebates! We sent the forms off in April. It's been 4mths.

Does anyone know what number to call and complain to? Is it the 1-800-422-4842 listed on the rebate form?

I sent mine in February and got my rebate back in late June or early July, so it does take a long time. Be sure that you also register on the website listed on the rebate form - that seems to be part of the process, which doesn't make much sense but it's easy enough to do.

I have something from them, and if they dont want to honor the rebate, then I will return the item.. I havent used it yet..
I did the online rebate, and then sent it in .. do you think that might help?

I wasn't going to do the deal when I first found the TMF tags because of what everyone had posted on here previously......but I had already purchased them.......so I sent in the form.......and just as everyone has stated.......it NEVER got fulfilled........I did make copies but it is not worth the call/hassle.....so I took them back the store. I took the copy I had of the receipt and told them that the company was not honoring them......I did get a refund. Since then.......anytime I see those TMF tags........I pull them all off and hand them the manager and tell them about the company and how I just didn't want anyone else to get ripped off......one store even thanked me and said.......thanks for letting us know cuz we don't want upset customers and that is what would happen.

Yes my mom and I are still holding our breaths for our rebates back in April. It's funny b/c I was just thinking about posting to see if anyone else has gotten theirs from this company or have a number to call and complain.

i did these when they were FAR at riteaid so if i get the rebate it will be a bonus but if I don't, i won't be too upset.

Don't do it. The rebates are not being fulfilled. Maybe they will arrive eventually, but unless you really want the shampoo it is not worth the risk. I have been waiting for many, many months, and I am not the only one.

Hi, This message is to everyone who has sent in this rebate & hasn't gotten their money yet. I sent my rebate form/receipt in February - keeping a full copy of the rebates & my reciepts. The beginning of August I still didn't get any refund SO I called the rebate # that is listed on the rebate form (sorry I don't have it anymore - maybe someone can post it?). I told them when I sent my rebate request & the price I paid before tax & I had my refund in a week!. Hope this helps someone!
