Walgreen Money maker on Citrucel Soft Chews

My Walgreens had a big display by the FAR section for Citrucel Fiber Supplement with calcium with smartfiber. They are soft chews in assorted chocolate and carmel flavors. They are $10.99 with a $5.00 coupon in the ESR book. There is also a printable rebate (in the coupon database) for $10.00 cash back on ANY Citrucel purchase from 4/23/07 - 4/23/08. This would be a money maker of $4.01. Even more if you have coupons for Citrucel.

I printed my forms a while back and they printed fine, but I tried now to print another one and it tells me the same thing.
