Yes you can. One is a store coupon and one is a manufacturer coupon and can be combined.

I tried it today and they would not let me do both. I do this at CVS (combine a crt coupon with a mfg q) all the time and I don't have any problems. Everytime I have tried to do it a WAGS, they deny it. What am I doing wrong? Is there a special order in which I should hand them the coupons. I tried doing the Sure promo that was suggested on this forum...no go for me.
They told me that I could only use one IVC at a time per transaction, even if I was buying two of the items....Help. TIA. Have a great day.

I was told I cannot use the Catalina and a mfr coupon because the Catalina IS a manufacturer coupon (even though it says redeem at Walgreens). Does that sound correct or is that a ymmv?

It's true, IF you are only buying one item. You need to have one item for EACH MQ you are using. Example: if you are trying to use one MQ and one RR, you will need to have 2 items. This is why you see people posting that they need a "filler"- which is a really inexpensive item (such as one pencil).

It sounds like your store is enforcing the limit stated on the coupon/IVC. Also, the catalina coupons are MQ, so you can only use one MQ per item. However, you should be able to use one MQ and one WAG Q per item purchased. As with pretty much everything at WAG, it's YMMV. The manager makes the rules for his/her store. Very frustrating, I know.

I was just at WG tonight and purchased the Fussion Razor, $1 fruipunch drink mix (filler for RR/Coupons), and two bottles of clearance Tide laundry soap.
I got my RR AND a Catalina for $1.50 off Pampers. I have to assume the two bottles of clearance Tide triggered the catalina to print.

I just went and bought the Reach deal, 1 angelsoft Tp and 2 Revlon emory boards and got a $10/25 Fashion bug Catalina. Last night at Hy-Vee I bought 2 packs of Texas Toast croutons and 4 pieces of brachs' candy and also got a $10/25

I am going to call phone # in 1st post, but had to see if anyone else has seen this 1 before. At Mankato Cubs East I got a catalina for a FREE jar of Pace Specialty Salsa. I have no clue what generated this as I didnt buy anything even remotely Mexican. :shrug7: Gizz

A catalina is the name of the machine walgreens uses to print their instore coupons, and register rewards. if you have ever shopped there and had a coupon print out at the end of the transaction that's a "catalina" coupon.

sometimes it just prints randomly based one stuff you buy, other times it's the rr's!
