Walgreens gave me their 2 cents and more!

I went to a WG near work today not really expecting much, but was I ever wrong! I found the Pediasure, nutripals 6 packs of bars on the clearance shelf for 1.49. I picked up three of them planning to use 3 of my 2.00/1 coupon. I actually meant to get 4 boxed because I figured they would give me a hard time about overage, but I guess I only got three. I also picked up 2 fillers (banana flavor straws) for .20 each. The cashier rang up my order and it came to -1.01, so I picked up a chapstik for DH to bring it positive, but it only came to -.02. I told her I would grab something else, but she said she would just give me the 2 cents!!. I have never had this happen to me anywhere. The real surprise was when she handed me the 3.00 OYNO cat that printed for the pediasure!!!

Oh wow!!! I dream of the day that happens to me! It seems that every time I have an overage anywhere I get the EVIL EYE and more!!!

Believe it or not, this happened to a friend of mine at walmart... She purchased about $200 worth of items and in the end they owed her $2.62, they called all the managers that was working (how many mangers do they need..lol..), when they were done the head manager told the cashier to pay the lady... I luv this story!
