DD3 Nature Valley CAT printing 2 CATs - Correction

The Nature Valley granola bars deal is printing TWO CATs. I did the deal 4 times and it worked the same every time. Buy 4 boxes. Subtotal is $7.96. I had no coupons. CAT printed a $3.00 and a $2.00. The last 2 transactions, I had nothing else in my transaction just to make sure. $2.96 for 4 boxes makes me very happy!!

I lost my stockpile to a fire a couple days before Thanksgiving and was SO grateful to finally find something that could fill part of the shelves.

CORRECTION: Subtotal is $10.00, not 7.96.

I was hoping the same cat deal was working at Walgreen's also.

    reps to iwik
Buy Nature Valley Granola bars (6 count or larger) or Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters (excludes Nature Valley Granola Thins) between 12/26/11 and 1/22/12
    Buy (3) & get $1 OYNO
    Buy (4) & get $2 OYNO
Buy (5) or more & get $3 OYNO
    4th number is a little hard to read: #1072(?) 7290 2785

BTW Giant Eagle lists this in their monthly Cat list:
    $1 OYNO wyb 1

    Nature Valley
    • Granola Bars (6 count or larger) or
    • Nature Valley® Granola Nut Clusters (Excludes Nature Valley® Granola Thins)
2415 BTFEs collected towards the boys goal of 6077

I bought the granola thins and still received both CATS.

This is awesome, thank you so much for posting this. We blow through NV bars here like crazy. I was wondering what I was going to use my $5 RR on.

I'm at a loss - how is the subtotal 7.96?
The sale is 4/$10 and then with the two RR, final price comes to 4/$5.
What part of the deal am I missing?
Are they ringing up 1.99 somewhere? Or did I get the wrong type?
I bought 2 regular (Oats and Honey) and 2 Trail Mix.

I only knew it was 7.96 because I remembered the total. I never even realized that it should have been $10. Sorry about that. I was probably using my $2 EOS RR.

I just checked my receipt and it shows three at $2.99 and the 4th one at $1.03

    Sorry for my bad math.

No problem. I needed them anyway. I just thought I had purchased the wrong ones or missed a coupon or something.

I did 2 identical transactions today, one at Walgreens and one at Safeway, with 4 Granola Thins.
    Walgreens:
    4 x $2.50 - 4 x 75c/1 = $7 got $3 RR (no $2 one printed) = $1 each after RR.
    Safeway:
    4 x $2.99 = $11.96 (store coupon didn't work on the Thins) - 4 x 75c/1 = $8.96 got $2 OYNO (= $1.74 each) and 2 x $1/1 Cat coupons for NV Trail Mix bars.
The $3 Walgreens RR says it's from Kraft, General Mills and Johnson & Johnson.
BTW the actual wording on the $2 Safeway OYNO includes the Granola Thins.

I bought 4 boxes of granola bars twice today and both times I only got the $3 Walgreens cat as shown in their ad. No $2 cat printed either time. From the postings, I thought the $2 extra cat was running until 1/22/12.
