2011 -
getting OralB toothbrushes for tax AND no RRs were involved. It was some time late Summer2011, there'd been a $2/2 MQ, and the same week of MQ issue-date, Wags had them on sale @ $2/2 I sooo liked that no RRs were involved - less headache.

And in Nov / Dec two over.lapping Qs - two issue dates by PG... wyb (2) Vicks, get a (1) free Puff's, and also at $1/1 Vicks. Soo got some Vicks Cough Drops (no restriction on the Qs ) at $1 per... sooo, was paying sales tax you notice my trend @ Wags now, cybilx10?! don't wanna play the RR game - unless I have noooooooo choice. I'm cool with tax-only and noo need to roll RRs
