It was at this point (while he still had receipt, I hadnt received it) when the cashier realized she had inadvertently only scanned 2 desitin---I hadnt realized by price since other thigns were on order and hadnt been handed receipt yet.

Sooo, we re-rang the whole deal and like magic the RR printed even when the MQ were used--shocking

All that background info to say:

1-what is the glucerna deal my store is so paranoid over?

2-is this information true that the MQ and RR policy may in fact be coming down from HQ?

has anyone else heard or experienced similar?

The only glucerna deal I can think of is when they had glucerna cereal free after RR. The RR would roll, so you could roll it all day long and get as much cereal as you wanted, or they had on the shelf.

I have not seen anything from Corporate concerning MQ and RR. I think it is confused managers just making things up cause they dont' know what to say or do. IF I see anything, Guess where I will post it first??

Some stores do I believe. There has been talk that the sale prices scan sometime in the evening. However RR will not print untill Sunday.

I'm having a grey moment.. hope someone can help me out. I entered in one receipt for the rebates online, saved for later. I just went in and entered a second receipt. I noticed that the items from the first receipt showed up. Now was I suppose to leave the items in there for the first receipt and add on or just enter in what I had for the second receipt.
Hope that makes sense to someone

I tried to make a purchase today using a RR I earned buying the Duracell batteries. I bought the cascade and Gillette razors. I walked away from the register and then realized I didn't get any RR. When I went back the clerk had already checked someone else out and handed him something from the catalina printout. The manager told me I didn't get the RR b/c I used coupons on the purchase, which even after coupons the purchase would have qualified me for the RR. I asked if this was in writing somewhere b/c it wasn't anywhere in the ad and I had made a previous purchase using coupons and recieved RR. He just said it is a WAGS policy and refused any further help. So I asked for my purchase to be voided and my coupons back. I suspect that my RR did print out and the clerk inadvertantly handed them to the next person checked out. After Reasearching this forum, I see that probably I couldn't get the RR for Cascade b/c it's in the same category as the batteries, but I should have at least gotten RR for the Razors. My question is this, can I use man Q on an item and get an RR for the purchase ?

If you're adding a different receipt, you just enter the new receipt number, and save the receipt. Then you can go back to the total earnings sheet and check the additional items on the checklist . Then, just save the receipt in the system so you can add to it later in the month. Just make sure you don't click anything that says "claim rebate" or you won't be able to enter any more receipts this month.

Yes, you can use Qs to make the purchase. However, if you pay with a RR from the same promotion, you will not get another RR. This week, all the items listed on pages 6 & 7 in the WAG ad are included in the same promotion. So, if you buy, for example, batteries or Gillette razors, get the RR, then try to purchase Cascade and use that RR, another one will not print. (This is called "rolling" and at WAG, the system is set up so that you can't roll the RR into the same promo, unless there's a glitch in the system somewhere).
You can, however, use the P&G RR to purchase something from another promotion (Pepsi, for example) that has a RR this week, and you should get the RR for the Pepsi.

I am REALLY feeling dumb. I did not know that you could enter ESR online until I read 2 posts on this forum. I just did it and it is so easy.

When did they change that? I guess I just didn't read my ES catalog. What is the finalization process at the end of themonth like? Can I put in my gift card number and have it added right to it? Thanks.

If you already have a giftcard, you can enter in the number and it takes about 4-6 days for the balance to post on your giftcard. It is great!
