Our stores here send $5 off $20 or $10 off $30 Walgreens checks at random to select HH. These checks can be used ONLY at specific stores. I get this 2 to 3 times a year even if there is no new store in our area. This may be part of their promo and may also be regional. I let the WAG DM know I really appreciate those checks and has made me shop more at Walgreens. I get one each time |

if you want to buy the item that is showing online but is not in the book, i suggest take a screen shot or print the web page.
if the ESR is rejected, you'll have proof of the offer. Quote:

In the printed version, it does not list the 120 count boxes.
Does the printed version take precedence? Or I guess I can just submit with the rest of my rebates and hope?
Basic question would then be: Which takes precedence when they don't agree: the on-line ES book or the printed ES book? |

| | Coupon Count Question I went to Walgreens to buy the Glade 2 in 1 candles. I bought four, and had 2 coupons for $2 off 2. Clear so far?
So, since I was buying four items and had only used 2 coupons, I tried to used a RR from a previous deal. They would not accept it because then I would have more coupons than items. HUH??? Does that one coupon count as two because it is off two items? So if I have a $ off 3 coupon it would count as 3 coupons?!? |

| | Re: Coupon Count Question yes
Or rather, it'd not that it counts as two, but it does lock up those two items so no other mfr coupon (like an RR) can attach to them.
This is why some people buy a pencil or a candy bar.

| | Re: Coupon Count Question In my experience the x/2 coupons don't lock up the items, so to speak. Usually they only lock up 1 item so I'm still able to use a RR without a filler, but that's good to know that it can also turn out the other way. |

| | Re: Coupon Count Question one $2/2 counts toward two items
from the RR FAQ Q: Can I use manufacturer coupons with a RR/Catalina OYNO coupon ? A1: The register considers the RR a manf coupon. You cannot have more coupons than items. If you have coupons for every product you are buying, the RR will beep. So you'll need to throw in a filler item. Look for cheap stuff in the clearance section or get a pack of .30 gum (the manager should be able to make the RR go through but that's highly YMMV and not usually worth the hassle).

| | Re: Coupon Count Question I could be wrong here, but that Q&A doesn't seem to exactly answer the question--does it tie up one item or two? "Coupons for every product you're buying" could refer to one coupon for each item, or it could refer to coupons to be applied to each item.
