hmm I don't know how to help you on that. There is no "policy" It's a coupon, you scan it, if it works you take it. It's pretty simple first day basics. LOL. I think that you may have just had someone new or unsure, or mabye the store is scammed a lot, it's hard to say. As far as the corperate office getting back to you, it could take up to a week. The fastest way is to call the store ask for thier district office number, call them and leave a message with the secretary. They will inform the DM and then email the store with what to do about the situation. Calling the corperate headquarters kind of slows things down because in the end it just goes to the DM anyway. A lot of people don't know this. When my store gets a complaint and it goes to the district office it is handles quickl and on a very serious level. When it comes down from corperate it takes longer.

Read alot. Yes check weekly ads, ESR, Catalina/Register Rewards, Unadvertised/Clearance.
Yes Wags is short for Walgreens
No sorry the Zyrtec Coupon is no good. I don't know why they didn't put a expiration date on it but sorry it is no good.

Hi, I'm not sure if I am in the right place to ask a question. But my question is this week 3/9-3/15 Walgreen's here have the Sunsilk 2/$4.29 (BOGO Free) on shampoo, conditioner & styling products. I have coupons for $2 off Sunsilk shampoo & conditioner & $2.50 off Sunsilk Styling stuff. So my question is can I use 2 of the $2 coupons for the shampoo & conditioner? OR will I have a problem using 2 coupons on BOGO items. I know that I may have a problem with the styling products because 2 coupons $2.50 off on $4.29 will lead to an overage. Right? I want to make sure before I drive 30 minutes to a Walgreens. Thanks.

Okay, I am new to this but Saturday I went into Walgreens with a RR. I was doing the beauty product saver where you get $12 in RR back. I also purchased other items that would NOT give me an RR. Well the Catalina only spit out the $4 RR and not the $12 RR. I told them that it was not registering one of the products which is why it spit out only the $4 RR. The manager came over and overrode it and saw that I had a $4 RR and a $3 RR. He asked if the $3 RR was for something else. In my embarrasement I said no. He said that the reason I did not get my $12 RR was because I was using a $5 RR from a prior purchase. I had plenty to spare at $26 dollars and thought they were like cash. Is he correct?....Also, a day later I realized that the $3 RR was from some Crest ProHealth I had bought and when I went in to tell him that he pretty much said, "too bad, you're out of luck and should be happy with what you did get as he told me again he should not have given me the $12 RR because I used a $5 RR to purchase some items." I was bummed and am now even more confused with how this is supposed to work. Sorry so long. Also, what does YMMV mean?

Okay, another question..people are talking about using the MegaSaver Hunts tomato sauce with the $5 back deal this week. They are saying to do 4 different transaction with 4/4/4/3 being the totals. Do you go to different stores to do this or have the cashier ring them all seperate? How does Walgreens feel about people doing this? I am the embarrassed person above who missed out with the $RR's and don't want to screw this up for myself and be even more confused.... How do you get the Hunt's to be only a few cents? Do you use it with the coupons or w/o?? Thanks for all your help. I hope I start to understand this soon as my hubby is going crazy over the time I am spending to figure this all out! Thanks again!

Can you use a raincheck for the Venus Embrace (I got one for $4.99) and then get a 5RR? I am new to Walgreens shopping usually just a CVSer, but I got in last week on the Olay deal and was able to get ALOT of RR!!! I was able to get a raincheck on the Embrace, but I read somewhere on here that RR are printing until the 29th--can I use this RC and get RR? Thanks in advance!

Well, if purchasing the razor triggers the RR then YEAH! it should print! Don't forget about the $4 c/o that was in the last P&G insert!
