well i loved my wags then this week got all new mid management. nothing but nightmares since. yesterday i went in did the dove shampoo/treatment deal with the bogos got my reward everything peachy. today did the deordorant deal with the bogos and first the manager who was checking me out tried to give me 4.49 off one and 1.4x off the second coupon irealized my mistake and asked if i could ring both mens deos up first she totally didnt get it and tried to tell me the last one would still be 1.43 (i tried explaining the mens were free and would get me 4.49 off both) she finally just gave me both 4.49 i knew i was in trouble then never had em ever try to short change me before always gave me highest dollar amounts off (hey its not like theyre not reimbursed) then after i pay i realize my reward didnt print oh manager says thats cuz you used coupons and you have to actually SPEND 15 before you will get your reward.then she proved herself by ringing up the deordorants the reward printed and then ripped the rewards to shreds then told me how even when she uses her discount she has to have the full dollar amount i told her the sign under the deos says buy 4 get a 5rr she said she cant make the machine do anything. i told her i had done the haircare deal yesterday and it printed a rr she said well i mustve spent more. it took forever to void cuz they couldnt figure out how much to refund with coupons. then when i found another mistake on my receipt i went back to find her (no other manager around) and she was retelling the phamacy girl how she told me "i cant make those machines do anything" uggh i wanted to do the dove body washs had 1 off coupons was afraid it was late line was long! I called 1800wags they said i shoulda got the reward... i sure hope this isnt wags new policy cuz cvs will give me my ecb no matter what coupons i use
