Default Somebody help me get my WAGs brain back in shape...

It has been a pretty long time since I've played the WAGs game, at least until the last couple of weeks. I ran into a real CouponZilla today and she wanted to make sure I heard her roar about all my deals. Todays trip made me realize really quickly a lot of the reasons why I stopped with WAGs. No stock, PITA cashiers who either don't know the rules or like to think they can change them on a daily basis, etc.

Anyway...items to coupon count: manufacturer coupons and RR count, but store coupons do not count...right? I'm pretty sure I haven't lost my mind, but this cashier tried to tell me that I gave her 5 coupons today when I had 4 items. Thing is I only gave her 2 coupons and then later a RR. I had 4 items with 2 manus, 1 RR and 1 store coupon which shouldn't even be part of the count. She kept saying it wouldn't work, but she never even tried it. Finally I said, "I only gave you TWO coupons, not 5. Two coupons and now a RR, makes 3 and I have 4 items!" She said the store coupon counts as a manufacturers coupon, too. Regardless, even if she counted the store coupon, I still had enough items without any filler. She just didn't want to accept any RR. Finally, I told her to get the manager and all of a sudden she was able to get it to work. Just like magic.

Next, if you have 2 Crayola RRs you can't use them in the same transaction, can you??? I don't think it will take the second from the same company, but I am not really sure about that one. No way would I even try it with that particular cashier.

Third, just to clarify...there hasn't been any official change in the BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale at WAGS has there? YMMV, type thing like everywhere...but no like official written policy against it, right?

    1 - You're correct.

2 - No, you can use both, as long as you're not purchasing a third identical item and wanting that RR to print. Like in your Crayola example, you can use both Crayola RR's to pay, but a third Crayola RR will not print if you have another box of crayons (or whatever) in your transaction.

3 - BOGO sale with a BOGO coupon should result in both items free, according to their policy. UNLESS there is a limit on the BOGO Q and the item is priced higher. That happened this week with the Stayfree BOGO...the BOGO Q allows up to 4.49 and the item is 6.79 at stores, so you'll end up paying 2.30 for 2 packs. It should not be a YMMV thing, their coupon policy explicitly says you may use a BOGO Q with a BOGO sale to receive both items free.
