A Walgreens with a coupon box for customers!

In my last attempt to find the Listerine Smart Rinse I went to a Wags that is a little out of my way. They had 2 left. I went to the checkout counter and the cashier said "Oh we have a coupon for you over at the makeup counter checkout". I was a bit confused as to what she was talking about at first So she paged the other cashier and the cashier brings out a big organized box of coupons and found the listerine coupon. I told her that I had a coupon and she said to just take one and save mine.

I was so impressed with that Wags that I will be shopping there more often! Even though its a bit farther than the other stores I was so pleased with the cashiers and the fact that they are encouraging coupon use

My local walgreens does this too - love it, they are super nice and really dislike the people who come in and clean out the shelves!

Yeah, I've seen my cashier at the beauty counter pull out a box of coupons too. She let me have one of each! There were so many!

WOW I am so jealous! My store looks at me like I am stealing when I pull out my coupon binder!

How do your stores limit? Mine is starting to limit 1 per person, even though it used to be four. They won't even let you buy another of the same item with the RR's to not get the RR's sometimes I just want the item with my coupon. But nope... only allowed one per person, plus they are ALWAYS out of Sales items and RR items, not due to people clearing the shelf they just don't order. I am starting to shop at one 20 minutes away because I get treated better there and they let you buy more then one of the RR items. I don't clear shelfs, but I do shop for multiple people, so I really like to get more then one.

believe it or not sometimes its not the stores fault
like i ordered 16 bottles of clean and clear i preordered because i didnt wanna have to clear any shelves so and she only got 12 of the bottles in the next week she ordered again and did not get any

So the stores may order it but the warehouse might not send it
the warehouse has to take what the manufacturer has given them and break it up amongst all the stores

personally i think they should give us the same deal as cvs RR afterwards when it does become available ... but in order to do that they need to go to a card system which i think would be awesome

My Walgreen's does the same thing, only certain cashiers though. I made multiple purchases at the Cosmetic Counter and for every bag, the cashier gave me a new coupon! So nice there. Some will even ring in the coupons for face value when the item is lower than the value of the coupon.
