Another thing to remember is that these special booklet Qs have to be loaded to your store's register/computer before they will work. They are not readily available chain-wide or nationwide, like the IVCs in the monthly coupon booklets. Apparently, some areas did not receive them. So, that could be the problem and why some people are having trouble.

I went to Walgreens today and they did not know what a "Infant Care Book" was. I was looking for Diapers and some ladies said there was a coupon in there, but do they have those in the North West?

The Infant Care book has been out for a while and is good until 12/31/2011, so they really got snatched up early.
