Correctly redeem RR & get new RR

Because I have had problems in the past I would like to know how to correctly redeem RR. If last week I received RR and it was a P&G promo can I use them on another P&G promo this week and still receive the RR associated with the new promo? Second, to redeem RR am I correct that I must be purchasing one item per RR that is not already using a coupon?

No. P&G RRs specifically say they cannot be used on other P&G purchases.

At Walgreens, there is a coupon to item count with the register. A RR is considered a Manufacturer coupon. So if you have for example
2 widgets. You hav 2 .50/1 coupons AND a $xRR, your coupon count will be 3, while your product count is only 2. In this case, you need to add a filler item so you have 3 items to your 3 coupons.

But Walgreens weekly ad coupons do not count towards your coupon to product ratio.
