Maybe it's just me but I wouldn't have been offended by the question. I suppose the tone would affect it but just seems like a curious person.

I only had an issue with 1 RR over the weekend and that lady was a right cow. She acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me my RR (which had printed) after I explained it was MINE due to purchase. She argued that since I'd paid less than RR it wasn't due and made some smart aleck comment about giving me free stuff. If you don't know better that's one thing but to argue it's not mine after it printed because you feel I got a good deal is outrageous.

Oh wow!!! I would have been speechless! I can not imagine the cashiers talking to people like that! Growing up through high school, I worked part time at the local grocery store, and we were always taught great customer service... never to be a sarcastic witch to people. Wow... I'm amazed!

Most of the time I don't take Walgreens seriously and also most of the time they don't have enough stock.

Most of the cashiers got bad attitudes towards couponners. I love CVS better.Long time ago I overheard the photo girl just hated to give free print when they do 8x10 free print and she was acting like was her shop I think her boss just said that's you that need to try to up sale the customers and anyhow since then I just really not like Walgreens seems they are not sincerely to be in s service. I hope I made my point. They have no service that's what I mean.

I don't understand why Walgreens still be in business. Boycott them shall we?

I would call the catalina company and walgreens over that one. Any time a cashier tries to not give you a catalina that was generated...time to call! It's not up to them. Period.

The only time IMO that it's acceptable to not give the catalina is when a manager is trying to fix some kind of $$ problem on the receipt/return ect. example. You have just purchased xyz item. You pay for it...you get the catalina..but was overcharged. The manager returns it and re charges you and it generates the catalina again. You only deserve one catalina..so it would be appropriate for the manager to throw the second one away.
