what is the process to place a special order to do multiple RR orders for an upcoming sale?
do i simply call the store mgr with the UPC# and qty I want? is every store different as far as their ordering/receiving schedule?
anything else i should be aware of about special orders?
thanks |

thanks | Whenever I've placed a special order, I always talk to a manager-on-duty (which could be an Asst Manager)... given that, I'm learning that at times, it might be best to talk to the Store Manager. Long story short - I ordered a few Bayer Meters back during 10 RR, and the MOD (an Asst Manager) was... not exactly helpful for me... A friend recently ordered tons of Ecotrin & other things, & as such, ordered with the Store Manager. UPC's are helpful as well
Yes - every store is different with re: ordering/receiving schedules. I pretty much know that receiving days of my stores, ie my neighborhood stores get their shipments Tues/Friday, whereas my downtown locs might get a shipment on Saturday.
Whenever I place a special order - I know that those qty's are spoken for and as well, I pretty much should pick them up (buy them). I'm locked in. On my first-ever special order (Huggies), I incorrectly ordered the wrong size  and I posed the question here - to pick.up or not? and it was suggested that I pick.up - my relationship with the store is way more vaulable to me vs a few dollars saved.
Hope this info helps...

thanks | Every store has a specific "truck day" when they get their merchandise. So, the day that you have to order by could vary by store. I always go in person and ask the manager. Some managers are better than others in terms of ordering and holding the items for me and it helps to be there to answer any questions they might have about what exactly it is you want to order. My thinking is that the manager might lose a slip of paper, but will remember that we went over to the item and talked about how many I wanted. I do know that there are people who call the stores and that works for them, that is just what I do.
The main thing that I would be concerned about is that the store will let you do the deal that you want to do. So, if you want to get 20 of a specific RR item and will need to do 20 transactions, I would check with the manager when you place the order and make sure that they won't have a problem with doing that many transactions. Or, of you want to use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale, make sure when you place the order that they will let you use the coupon. I love Wags and I really love my stores. However, even the best Wags can changes policies from time to time. If make sure before you order that the deal will be okay with them, it really can help you when it is time to pick it up. HTH |

It's ok if I have to go somewhere other store, not sure where else offers the refills. Thank you. | Wags has some great deal on refills. The photo counter does have coupons from time to time and I would keep an eye on the weekly deal thread for notification of any upcoming deals. I don't know where else in your area may do refills. I have gotten so many done at Wags that I have never had to go anywhere else. Sorry. |

Thank you. | I've gotten 50% off your next cartridge refill x12/10 store coupons on the cardboard boxes they put my refilled cartridges. I've kept those and when there were IVCs in the paper it worked well for me.
Example: cartridge refill @ 12.99, I have the 50% Q scanned and gives discount of 6.50 and then if the IVC is less $4 on cartridge refills, then I get add'l $4 off after scanning it for a total of 10.50 discount. I pay taxes based on 2.49 instead of 12.99 since the 2 Qs I used are store Qs instead of regular MQs.
HTH.

I am sure we can help, I am just not sure where it is that you run into trouble. I haven't used it before, but when I go there I get a choice of language and then prompts for the receipt number and password. I don't have a Wags receipt handy that has the survey on it, but I will be happy to help however I can. |
