They are WAG only store Qs, paid for by the manufacturer. This is WAG's way of doing "sale" prices on some items. WAG allows them to be combined with other Qs. Of course, you might get the occasional IVC that is programmed weird and need a filler to use both, or a store manager who won't allow it. BUT, WAG Corporate advised that they do allow one IVC + one MQ per item purchased.

I'm looking to use the March IVC for the Hershey's candy 1/2 and the MQ 2/3 for the 2/5 sale this week.
If I buy 6 bags, will the register give me 3.00 off or is the IVC limit 1.00 per perchase?
I would like to buy 6 bags 2.5x6=15.00 less 4.00MQ and hopefully 3.00IVC = 8.00 for 6 bags of Easter candy. Not a bad deal IMO.

That's an awful lot of Walgreens-branded merchandise! Kinda looks like they're transitioning those IVC booklets into Walgreens-only coupon booklets and away from manufacturer's coupons.

They do this a couple of times a year. It's nothing permanent.
