I had 2 transactions this morning in a SW Virginia store with the Colgate Enamel toothpaste, 1 Colgate coupon, 1 Royal gelatin, 1 store coupon, and 1 RR and I DID receive my $4 RR.

They handed me a copied piece of paper that said something along the lines of 'this isnt coded yet... mail this in with your info' and it looks like something didnt get done on either colgates (or Walgreens) side.
OP - your store knew it wasn't coded & would be having an issue so they gave you a piece of paper with the info. it probably was a regional thing but you've helped others who might have the same issue understand what happened. hopefully all the stores are fixed & everyone can get their FARR toothpaste now.
WOW, sorry it didnt work for some of you. I have dome the transaction three times and it worked like a charm, and I used the $1/1 Q each time. Try another Wags, I have done it in two stores in SE Florida.
