Again based on my FF experience, I don't use it for items that have 7dWAGc since it messes up my computation. I use it only for sale items where discounts are already taken off instantly.

Were there other items in this transaction? I noticed that if I used more RRs than I should, I don't get all my IVC discounts since the registers are now programmed not to get into negative subtotal. If there are overages, either register beeps OR the IVC adjusts so that it doesn't give discount for all items bought.

check to see if that is the case in your transaction. If that is all you bought, I suggest you bring it next time you shop and ask the MOD to fix your discount.
