I don't want to disappoint you, but it really is just more of them featuring certain products for sale and they may have coupons and samples to try.
This will be my first "Saturdate With Beauty" and I'm super excited to see what this event is all about.
I'm hoping to pick up some free samples, coupons, and maybe even get some deals on the L'Oreal items they will be letting us try out.
Has anyone ever been to one? What was it like? Please share your experiences, both good and bad.

Oh, I know, but thanks for the warning.
I googled reviews and read the Walgreen's Facebook page.
The best case scenario: There will be a beauty adviser on hand showing you the new products and passing out samples and coupons.
The worst case scenario: There will be (hopefully) samples and coupons scattered on a table for people to pick through.
I'm just going for the L'Oreal EverPure. I tried a sample and I love it!
I hope the Walgreen's (closest to me) is participating in the "Saturdate With Beauty".
Well, have fun :)

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
My location:
They did have a "beauty adviser" on hand, but no testers or samples, and as for coupons; I had better coupons than the beauty adviser. I had $2 off L'Oreal EverPure (what I went to the event for) whereas she only had $1 off a L'Oreal product coupon. In order to get the coupon, you had to check out at the cosmetics counter, and use the coupon right then and there. Big bummer!
Sorry you were disappointed. Different stores in my area do it differently. Some leave the coupons out on a table and others will give you a coupon when you buy the product that day from the BA. The BA do get $ when they sell certain items, so that is probably why they require that you check out with them. If you want samples and have another Wags near you, it might be worth a trip or a phone call. I've been given handfuls of them at the end of the day before.
I did end up going to another one to buy more Theraflu and Excedrin. They were selling each EverPure bottle for $4.99. No B1G1 50%. I thought it was kind of weird that each store had different promos for the event. I ended up not buying the EverPure. Hopefully before my coupons expires there will be a good sale so I can use my coupons.
I did buy the leave-in conditioner, a while ago, for $0.25 when CVS had a bottle clearanced down to $2.25 and I used my coupon then.![]()
