Didn't someone mention (maybe another thread) that this is the same formula as some of the other Excedrin products, just rebranded as "Menstral"? Before I give it to DH...

The active ingredients are the same, but that doesn't necesssarily mean the others are the same. HTH.

I tried the Purex deal this morning and it was a no-go. My walgreens no longer has them on B1G1 sale. They rang up 5.99 each. Bummer! Has anyone else tried this deal?

I just tried 4 Purex (Clear) and it DIDN'T work.....when she scanned the coupon it rang up $0.00!

where can i find info on the mega saver sale? when i asked 2 of the cashiers about it neither had a clue what i was talking about. they both just kept referring me to the IVC book.

There should be red MegaSaver tags on the shelf below the item, if the sale is in your area.

so the megasaver sale is a regional thing? is there a flyer that shows what's included or do you just have to watch for the red tags?

Sometimes, the Mega Savers are posted here, as people find them to be a good deal: Walgreens Unadvertised and Clearance Deals
or they're listed in the weekly sales thread when they are a good deal alert for that week.

As far as I know, MegaSaver's are NOT regional; however, a lot of stores don't bother posting the tags.

I went to 3 stores today and only one of them had things marked. I did 5 excederin deals because I still had coupons left. My stores had been out of it since they were on sale before so I didn't expect to find any but they had all re-stocked. They were 2 for 5.99 so a 2.00 MM for me.

I used the overage on the toothpaste and the bandaid neosporin deal. I did find one bandaid that had a $1.00 peelie on it.

I've never known them to be regional either, but I'm also not in a small ad area. :shrug7: I am in a new area though, and it seems that the Mega Savers are not marked more often than not around here, so it's difficult to get a list together to post.

Any news on the Eye shadow yet? I'm about to order coupons and want to see if it is working or not.

It's not worth it. It doesn't roll. I did the deal once got my eyeshadow and tried to use it again with the same amount of products and Q's but I couldn't the $5 would not go threw had to buy more revlon in order for it to work...no overage or anything. I'm returning everything because I only thought that the $5 was for anything and it's for your next purchase of Revlon. What a waste of my time this morning!
