It has been in my experience, that complaining to corporate does no good at all because all they do is forward the call to the store manager you are complaining about in the first place (they forward to the actual manager, not the ASM).
Anytime RRs do not print, I kindly ask if the light is on, paper is in, etc. If I know I've met the terms (ie: $20 worth) and it doesn't print, I just call Catalina and they mail the RR to me.
Otherwise, ask your SM or ASM to humor you and ring the order without using your existing RR and I guarantee you that the new RR still won't print!!
Sometimes there is just no educating the managers......and your only option is to find another Wags or have Catalina mail it to you.
