Walgreens - 2/5-2/7 $5/$25 at Wags???

I also haven't seen any online verification that it is working today. None of my stores have been offering the free diabetes testing, so I haven't been able to check it out for myself.

I was at walgreens (MI) on friday and got a $5. Was not sure what triggered it. I spent $25 on pop. Then went to use it at another walgreens and was told I couldn't because it was triggered from a store that had a diabetes booth display so the next one didn't accept my RR. Oh well I always have problems with the store that wouldn't accept the RR. Only shop there when I have to or want 2 of one deal that is limited.

I got the $5 WAG bucks yesterday and its a store coupon so I don't understand why the other store won't accept it :shrug7: It should work at any WAG and if it doesn't scan, they can always enter them manually since they are store coupons.

But then, its always YMMV as to acceptance of even regular RRs. There are stores that make their own policies. I feel your pain :sad:

I feel your pain, too. I don't see any exclusions on my RR, so it should have been accepted as a store coupon. Sorry you had trouble at your store.

I went to a minute clinic today, spent $26 NO $5 RR.

So i think this is a dead deal folks

The sign at my store said it was yesterday (Friday) only. Mine also had the diabetes testing, so I think it may have been only stores that were doing that, too.

I went today at 2 stores. The both are doing diabetes testing. I spent 25+ in the fist one and I used cosmetic register. I haven't received $5.00 and cashier was rude any way. So I returned all purchases and will never go to this store again. I very often feel that cashiers just are envying us when we are trying to use coupons.
I went to another store and did 2 transactions over 25+ and no $5.00 were printing either, but I am keeping all the purchases.
