The RRs should have printed. Apparently, something was wrong with the Catalina machine. Do you know if the green light was on? Also, depending upon what time you completed your transactions, the store could have been some uploading of info into their register system and Catalina system, and it could have affected the RR printing.
You could have spoken with the SM and see if s/he can help you by re-ringing the items to see if a RR would print. Since you already e-mailed Catalina, it's probably a good idea to wait for their reply.
