Walgreens--3/$2.00 Candy Bar Upsell help your cashier thru 2/21

Hey guys I was doing a deal today converting my $10 Bayer RR into $8 Blink tears $2 Vitamin Water Lip and $1.50 Mars(using the $2/1 Blink coupon and $0.65 oop). In doing so my cashier saw that the upsell Mars Muskateer Bars were producing RR's. I explained that if you buy 3 you get $1RR and if you buy 4 you get $1.50. I told her I didn't know how long it was going on, but that she should tell her customers about the getting RRs back and it would help her with her sales. I said it was really like they were getting 3 for $1. She was so greatful and excited to know about the RR, and the fact that I bought so many she had to whip out another box from under the counter. I know we have been excited about it in the 1/31 thread, but I just wanted to mention you might what to let your cashier know so they can make the most out of it.

I helped my cashier by buying 3 bars - and discovered I didn't get the $1 RR. She said it was because the RR is only for Muskateer bars. D'oh! They have Milky Ways in the same display, part of the 3/$2 sale, but Milky Ways don't count toward a RR. Just FYI ~

They are awesome. Thanks for pointing out that the Milky Ways don't work. They are all in a bin together at my stores and it would be easy to think both are included. :)

Does anyone know if these qualify for the WAGC for .49 in the 2/7 ad?? What size is needed for the RR to produce?

I got a Catalina ad for this earlier this month. Quoting from the cat:

"Buy Any 3 Muskateers Products During Purchase dates 1/25/10 - 2/21/10:

Buy 3 get $1 RR or
Buy 4 Get $1.50 RR"

So, sounds like it would work to me.

4 got me the $1.50 as well. :) The cashier only knew about the $1RR and was excited to see the $1.50!
