Someone had said their /2 qs count as 1, but mine have always counted as 2 - perhaps different Wags computers are programmed differently. I guess take 2 pencils with you but don't give them unless yours beeps....

I love being a friend of Walgreens. I turned my 8RRs from last week into 6RR 4RR and 1RR with only $0.80 oop. Whoo hoo and my cashier cheered the whole way. Hope everyone else had a great day being a "friend."

During my outings this morning, I noticed that the Listerine Whitening Strips are on sale with in-ad q for $9.99, and some of the boxes had a $5 off coupon on them. I got 8 boxes of Bengay patches, 3 boxes of Joint Juice and (6) Children's Motrin yesterday during the sale. I was disappointed that I went to 3 Walgreens and all 3 were out of the Dove Men's body wash. I used boxes of pudding for my fillers. My stepdad had surgery yesterday and is now on a "soft food" diet for the next week. So I thought the pudding boxes were the perfect filler idea! It helped they were 3/$1 or $.39 a piece.

I just found out this is true at at least one of my stores as well.

Purchased a Dove Body Wash and (2) Kotex. Used an RR and 2 Manf Coupons. Wouldn't take the RR as I had too few items. Added a pencil filler and it went thru fine.

I was wondering if this was at some stores around here. Guess I will need to pay attention to my $/2 Qs now!
