Walgreens: Lindsay Olives ends 1/23/10

I almost missed this deal. There's an ad coupon for $.99 per jar or can of Lindsay Olives and there is a printable $1.00/2 Club Lindsay - Lindsay Olives

I was able to get 2 jars for $1.13. That includes outrageous tax rates here.

Our coupon price here is $1.29ea. I did buy 4 using the two MF coupons, so got four for .79ea. It worked on all four, even though it said limit three, it gave me the $1.29 on each of the four. That's a good price for here. I got two of the green olives (I think those are icky) and two cans of black ones. Cheapest I can find black olives is $1.25 a can anymore and there's never coupons for the other brands that I've seen.

The expiration date on the coupons is:

Sunday, February, 21, 2010.

Looks like they give you 30 days to use the coupon.

Hubby is an olive eater and he says Lindsay brand is the best brand of canned/jarred olives he's ever found. He gets really excited when this deal comes around.

Update:

I just got back, and got 4 cans of olives. They rung up 2/$4 (regular price). I used the Wag coupon, which took off $4.04 for 4 cans, and 2 of the $1/2. I also got the last jar of Welch's jelly for $1.50 and used a .75/1 coupon on it. My total was $2.71!!!
