I agree with nrpeace17. Always check the UPC of the bonus products to see if they match the UPC of non-bonus pkgs for RR promos. More often than not, if the UPC is different, they won't be programmed.

Has anyone done this deal?
I did the deal today, but one of the meters had a free item with it. I only received (1) $5 RR. Could that be because of the free item (maybe different UPC #). Would I have a chance at calling the Catalina company?

I am not sure if Catalina could help you, but it is worth a try. You might see if your store will let you return it and buy the correct one. I don't know what your state's rules are about returning medical equipment. :shrug7:

I just recd my rr from the previous months deal on these monitors. I did the email catalina option for my bonus packs. So they will honor it if the store won't fix it.
