Have done this deal 4 x since the beginning of the month. Now yo ucannot find it ANYWHERE. I have a daughter who plays soccer and we have done a lot of traveling this month with her and of course, I go to the Wags in the different cities. Still, no one has it. I seriously wonder if they have been told to not put it out. Which I completely do not understand----Wags gets reimbursed for these RR by the maunfacturer who sponsors them as well as for the man qs we use----so they are not losing any money on this. Why not put the product out? This is very frustrating.

From the retailer's point of view ...

A money maker for the customer can be thought of as a way of cheapening the perceived value of a product on the shelf.

After this RR offer expires, many customers will recall what they paid for it (and the RRs that they got during this offer and might think that the regular price is too much).

Q) What about the other Lubriderm products on the shelf that do not qualify for the RR offer?

They just sit there getting passed up / overlooked and collecting dust.

There is a metric ton of retailer dynamics going on behind the scene that customers do not know about or appreciate.

One of them being slotting fees collected by the retailer from the manufacturers.

If you use a mfg coupon you get back the total price.....so if it was 2.99 and you used a 2.00 mfg coupon you will get back 2.99.
Unfortunately they didn't give ya back your Walgreens coupon......maybe you can find another book.

No email ever went out telling the stores not to put the lubriderm out. Unfortunately it is a warehouse out. I have been watching the counts in the warehouse and they do get it in, but it goes out of stock soon as it comes in. Maybe we need to blame the people who have ordered tons of it and bought it all up not the stores?

My store is great at this. If they don't know my name, they at least know me on sight.

I did the Dulcolax last week. Shelf tag still had it tagged as $7, get $4 RR, with the $3/1 mf coupon it. Checked out, forgot to use the coupon. Realized it right then and manager came up and gave me my $3 back (teasing me all the while about "I saw you and just KNEW I'd have to come do SOMEthing" lol). Did my other transsaction at the other register. Went out to the car, checked my receipts. Forgot to use the French's onions Wags coupon and also noticed then that the Dulcolax rang up at $8.99, instead of $7.

Go back in and the other manager comes up (he's such a nice guy) and fixes it for me. I apologize all over the place for not being organized and he just says "It's what we're here for", hands me my money back, no problems whatsoever. My Wags is great, so far (new store, just opened like in June/July or something like thta).

Meczilla- I think the new stores must get the best employees! My favorite store has been open about a year and they are awesome!!

I have been trying to get some of these in to buy since i first posted the deal! I bought three bottles (one deal) and asked the mgr to order me some. Lubriderm is the ONLY lotion my DH can use and I need to stock up They have been placing orders every week, but this week they JUST got 6 bottles in. That's it. THe warehouse is out.

I think the problem is that no one looks at the deals and says, hmm, this is going to be a good deal, perhaps we should see how much we can get in? I mean, even without ANY coupons, it's still a great deal!

I agree with Irishlass We've been ordering it the whole time and it's just not gonna happen...at our store. Shelf is empty and has been for a couple of weeks.:shrug7:

I'm pretty lucky - at my mom's vacation home by the Ocean there are three wags and they are constantly fully stocked with the 6 oz.(at least nine on the shelfs all month long).At my home in the big city the WAGS are always out of the 6 oz. Maybe it's a big city thing or there are alot of HCW shoppers in a certain location.

Mine has been out of this ALL MONTH. I've been there looking for it 15 times at least, as my DD has eczema and I really wanted this for her little legs. I'm so disappointed that I can't find it.
