Walgreens Overage on Almay mascara!! through 11/7/09

The Almay mascara is suppose to be B1G1 50% off however the One Coat Mascara is actually ringing up B1G1 FREE! I bought 8 this morning, got 4 FREE and then used the coupon in the November coupon book for $4 off Almay One Coat Mascara. It took $4 off 8 times.

8 x $6.99 = $55.92
minus FREE ones 4 x $6.99 = $27.96
minus $4 coupon 8 x $4.00 = $32.00
Total - $4.04 OVERAGE

Luckily I had some candy in my order and I didn't go into the negative.

I went to another store and bought some more to see if it was working there too, and it was!!!!

I didn't try any of the $7.99 Almay One Coat Mascara to see if they worked, I didn't want to push my luck. Maybe someone else will let us know.

I haven't looked but there are probably coupons out there for an even bigger MM.

We have success in Milwaukee. In addition to what was listed, blackest black is a go - cashier and manager weren't very happy that I asked for a coupon book that they hadn't stocked yet, but the sign ON the mascara said to ask for a book for the $4 coupon, at which point, I figured they must be around there somewhere ;)

Got 4 mascaras and a glade thingie - the 4.99 one with 2 scents in it for 2.XX - thanks so much for this find, it is that time of year when I restock the makeup stash :)
