How do you write your Walgreens Lists ?

How do you all write your Walgreens Lists ? Wondering how everyone else does it so they make sure they get all thier coupons right and RR. Here is an example of mine from a couple weeks back :

I write mine according to the coupons I have and what RR it will produce.

EX: Garnier Hairspray $3.99- $1Q = $2.99+ $2RR

This way I know what it will cost me ($2.99 plus tax) and what RR I will get. Some people subtract the amt. of the RR now, but I do it when I spend it. It's just more realistic for me.

I write my lists in four columns: product name, price, MQs, then RRs.

I list all the products I want to buy, then add up the total price, subtract MQs, and then compare my oop to the RRs earned to see if it's a good deal!

I like to use a spreadsheet - I'm a HUGE fan of letting Excel do the work for me. Here's an image of how it works:

A couple notes - in pink, I can see if I have enough items to match # of Qs.

In Green, that is what I will have to pay (but I don't have tax figured into that just to make sure I don't try to go below the actual cost with my RRs.

The total price paid factors in everything that I paid minus everything that I get back (either by RR or a MIR).

I make a neat little list so everything will go smooth then forget to take it with me and still get totally confused. Too many steps for me I think. Compile the list, clip Q's, figure best scenarios, organize the Q's accordingly, remember to take the Q's AND THE LIST. ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I admire all of you that are sooooo organized.

I divide my list and carts as follows:

All items producing RR's
List Highest to Lowest amount of RR making note if two different items are part of the same RR deal (like Theraflu and Triaminic last week)
Clip Coupons to that cart

All items with MFR coupons but no RR's
Clip coupons to that cart

All items/fillers with no MFR coupons & produce no RR's

If I'm doing a super huge shop, I'll take a spiral notebook for the list by department and then clip and tape all the WAG coupons on one page. Normally I don't have time & skip this step.

IF i make a list, it's a copy/paste of the HCW format of deals each week, deleting the ones i don't want to do, this helps me remember the in ad Qs to use and what page i can find the deal if there is a problem. I have a coupon book with a WAG pocket and all my planned coupons go in there with the RRs i will roll. Lately I don't need a list. I know what i want, have the Qs to remind me, and i figure the scenarios in the store based on what is in stock.

I use the cool spreadsheet that someone (sorry don't remember who) posted a couple of weeks ago. It shows at a glance if you need a filler, what your OOP will be and what your overall OOP(for multiple transactions) will be. I added a formula at the end to calculate my savings. Week of 10/18 my savings were 91.37%; this week only 79.32%.
