My stores have never allowed me to use more than one RR per transaction anyway
The RR issue isn't anything new. Seems that lots of stores are making up their own store-wide or regional rules about this. However, their policy clearly states you can have the same number of coupons as you have items (in addition to IVC's or store coupons). To do otherwise, unless the RR specifically states this restriction, is wrong, but it doesn't look like there's much you can do. Thankfully my stores in Va aren't doing this yet. If they ever do, I'll probably stop shopping there because it wouldn't be worth my time to do several small transactions.

Love this forum!
If i could only use 1 RR per transaction, I would stop shopping at Wags. That is just stupid. I am sorry for those of you who have that dumb rule and even dumber managers who enforce it, and thereby reduce their sales. Makes no sense since the RR are man. qs and Wags gets reimbursed for them.
Always happy to find a deal!!
I dont see that happening. They are there to compete with CVS if they make all these rules to say only 1 per transaction guess what people will go to CVS. This is to boost sales not to lose them.
Surprise surprise..
Baby on board!
Cashier is full of bull, I'm sure.
If Walgreens doesn't want to get ripped off on RRs, they should implement a system like Target has that indicates on the receipt that you got RRs and that your refund will be net of RRs. Of course, that doesn't address the no-receipt return. Only way to stop that is to implement a no return without receipt policy. That would be very hard to do, especially since Target, Walmart, CVS, etc. accept returns without a receipt and give you store credit.
My family was in business for many years. There was always someone that tried to scam us on a return and there will always be people that will try to scam stores on a return.
I have never tried to return something at my store with or without a receipt, but I have exchanged a few things without a receipt. They were very cautious in letting me do that, and they all know me and know that I was being truthful, so I can't imagine a store letting someone return something without a receipt over and over. They could do like Wal-mart and make it 3 returns per year with no receipt. I just hate that people are being dishonest and ruining it for the rest of us.
Ask the Store Manager about the wording on the RR number of mfg coupons/RR can't exceed number of items in the transaction. The RR themselves state that you can use more then one.
The email must be regional/district.
