At my store NONE of the 4 oz is producing rr. I have the best store on the planet though and after I bought my 10 bottles in different transactions, the store manager rang all as a return and reimbursed me to make up for the lost rr's. :)

My store had the sign for the Rob to sub the syrup. I asked the mgr (he was there to correct the previous trans). Anyway it didn't ring up right or print RR. He credited my card the $2.50 even though I only paid $1.60 and then gave me the form to mail in. Don't like doing that, but think it will last longer than the one that would have printed and I have $14RR to use. I'm going to try again tomorrow using my q. I didn't want to be greedy.

The coupon can be found in the email ad apology that the stores were sent last week.
I can't remember if it is in the signs plus apology or not but they have to scan that coupon for it to make it print the RR. If they don't scan that coupon it won't print the RR as many of you are finding out.

The sugar free does not work, only the regular Robitussin DM

My manager had no clue what I was talking about but he did go in the back and searched and came back with a notice that the Rob. to go 2 ct. RR was a deal from 9/26-11/28. WHAT???? I told him I was quite certain that the RR deal ends on 10/31, but he just showed me the paper with the dates on it. And, yep, they do say 9/26-11/28. So, no Robitussin for me, but he did ask me to bring in the info as to where to find the coupon/ad apology (which I just printed out). He is a really nice guy, so I don't think he was trying to be difficult, I think he is just clueless. It really does surprise me how Wags does their business. No uniform policy on anything it seems.
Always happy to find a deal!!

I went to a store on Wednesday, they had a 3"x5" sign on the shelf for apology and sub for DM syrup and can get rr. But didn't say the price on syrup. When I went to check out it rang up $4.99, and the casher scan a copy of paper( it was on the counter) that has $2.50 off coupon bar code on it. I thought maybe manager told the cashier to scan the coupon when customer buy the syrup. The coupon does count as manufauture coupon.
