Is this the reason cashiers are upset and imposing limits because some shoppers are making this a job? I know how to do this, that is not what I am asking, but don't stores get angry when you shop that much? My sister and I just did a bunch of shopping together and ran into angry cashiers more than once. We are always very polite and do deals just a few times each, yet cashiers seem out for blood sometimes. I have to wonder what they have seen to cause them to be so angry? More and more posts pop up all the time about cashiers saying there are new rules about coupons and rr, which they basically made up. Just wondering if this is part of the problem, but not trying to bash anyone.
In my opinions, the cashiers that got upset with couponers are just jealous with smart shopping people. I've seen good cashiers - friendly and even ask if I want to do more than one transactions, and I also encountered with nasty cashier who just stare at my cart when I'm waiting to check out, and create lots of problem when checking me out, and she is one of the member of this board.

So if your store don't pose a limit, just buy whatever you feel you need it.

My store is very coupon friendly and I have no trouble checking out more than once. I usually check out 1-3 times per trip. However, thinking about how many times I would have to check out to to get $500-$700 in rr, my head hurt just thinking about it in fact! One poster at a board I won't name, claims checking out 30 times is a small trip for her. I could see where that might have employees upset. This would have to happen daily, or more, and never ending.

My comment is a bit off topic too.

I also thought that the cashiers must just be angry at people because they get their items at such a low price and maybe even make a buck or two in the process - until monday when I went to Walgreens to do two transactions. (I wanted one Aussie shampoo and one conditioner).

The cashier was happy to do my 2 transactions but then told me a story about a woman who came in close to closing the night before and wanted to do 10 transactions! She said that with all of the items, coupons, and RRs she had, they had to stay almost 45 minutes AFTER closing time to finish checking her out completely. She said it upset everyone. Now, I am ALL FOR getting good deals and building up RRs for more purchases later but..... is it just me or is that just excessive??? Is that how people are REALLY doing it???

Anyways, the most in RRs I have ever had was about $28 and I thought I was doing great .

That is what I am saying. I didn't really realize how excessive some people are, day after day. I had almost $40 in RR a few weeks ago and was so excited! I never really quite understood how excessive many people are. Now I think I finally understand how some cashiers become so unfriendly to couponers.
