There is no rule / restriction.

People that are caregivers purchase glucometers.

Many states (like the great state of OH) do not charge sales tax on this item.

True they will not round RRs but in my area they will take them if you are willing to lose the remainder of the RR. I can't bring myself to lose part of a RR so I find a filler that will make up the difference like a candy bar, I have a storage bag full of candy bars we use for a snack in the kids lunches, save me from buying little debbies. This letter has worked for me at a Walgreens with a .99 item and a $1 coupon.

Is it possible to use an In Ad coupon and a coupon from the Healthy Savings booklet on same product? There is an In Ad coupon for 1.09 Kleenex including the 85 count, and the Healthy Savings booklet has a 1.00 off Kleenex Ultra Soft, 85 count coupon. What do ya'll think?

OooOooo... during my many WAGS shopping trips Friday night, I saw a Bayer Combo pack. This was a Bayer Contour Blood Glucose Meter with a FREE Bayer A1C Now SelfCheck At Home A1C System. Still kicking myself for not remembering the location (think it was the one with the meanies!) lol It was $79.99. I'm wondering if it will be on sale for $14.99? Wishful thinking I'm sure. Thinking of driving back down tomorrow just to find out! (coupons or no coupons)....

It is actually a different Nov IVC book hat has the Kleenex IVC...it does say healthy savings on it but it isn't the same HS booklet you are thinking about.
