Is this right?? I thought for sure she should've been able to accept them. I have my $3 q's still and want to go get the cereal tomorrow for free but now I'm not sure. | Some stores will adjust the coupon down to the cost of the product. Walgreens is not one of them. You must buy enough of the product to cover the value of the coupon. HTH
Some very rare Walgreens will adjust the price of the product up to the value of the coupon, but not many.

I found this letter From Walgreens customer service concerning just this, check it out and print it if you can. case#1715311 Monday, November 10, 2008 5:29 PM From: < Power.Center@walgreens.com> November 10,2008 Dear xxx xxxxx,
Thank you for taking your time to contact our Corporate Offices. We appreciate hearing from
our customers and value all comments received. If you have a coupon for more than an item
is then the coupon will have to be adjusted to the price of the item. Youmay use more than
one register reward in a transaction. Again, thank you for contacting our corporate office. We
truly appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.

Add The Rubitussem 2 ct to go at $2.49 and a christmas pencil at $0.39 for filler you end up with the two meters, 3 lotion, 1 Robtussen and a pencil for $0.35 and go home with a $8 and a $2.50 rr, Thats a deal thats hard to beat anywhere. | Just wanting to make sure there is no conflict with rolling the Bayer into J&J RRs since both owned by Johnson & Johnson? (At least I am pretty sure that J&J owns Bayer). Does anyone know if there has ever been a problem with something like this- where although the RRs print out with different company names- is there ever a conflict when trying to roll one company (Bayer) into another company owned by the other (J&J)? Wow I am dizzy now

I mean I am sure people buy them for their chldren or grandparnets all of the time. I have gotten many in the past and given them to a few older friends that I have who are on limited income.

Anna K. Consumer Response Representative Ref# 1715311 just thought you would like to know. | My experience is that this is true for typical manu coupons (inserts, IPs, etc). But not for Register Rewards....they will not reduce the value of a register reward to match your purchase(s). There is a reason the RR is always rounded up by a penny to the full dollar....since most products are x.99 and most RRs are x.00, it makes you buy more stuff. |
