Hi- I bought Thermacare for $2.49 and 2 oral b indicator tooth brushes. I used a $1 MQ for Thermacare & the BOGO oral b MQ from 8/23 (I think). I got an RR for the Thermacare but NO RR FOR ORAL B! I asked the cashier & she said it was b/c the BOGO MQ essentially tells the system I only bought "1" toothbrush & so it doesn't print. :shrug7: Has anyone else had this issue? I swear last month there was a similar deal that I did this on & did get the RR. Should I call Catalina? Anyone know the number for them?

I've done this several times with the BOGO coupon today and the RR printed.
BUT.... I did find out that it doesn't work on the "MED" toothbrushes, only the "SOFT". That's what I experienced today at 2 different walgreens.

I haven't tried it, but I read on some other site that someone had done it, and had gotten the RR.
Since you got the Thermacare RR, my best guess is that the UPC for the toothbrushes you got isn't programmed into the computer. Or, maybe the cat machine ran out of ink/paper after if printed the Thermacare? xD
I'd say call Catalina, or return/rebuy the toothbrushes.

I did the Oral B Register Reward deal this evening and got the RR. The coupon has nothing to do with the RR not printing......I wish they would give up on that excuse.
Sorry, I looked on the Catalina and I don't see a phone number but I know I have seen it in the Wags forum. One of the mods has it on her post signature I think. I would try going back to the store first to see if they will make it right, it takes a long time to get the money from Catalina I hear. Good luck.
I bought these today and used the BOGO q. I did receive the RR, but I also think I got the "soft" type indicated by a previous poster to be the one working. I guess I was lucky cause that was the only type left.
Yeah, it's a problem with medium toothbrushes. I bought only soft, with coupons, and got the RR. If one or both of your toothbrushes is medium, take them back and ask to speak to a manager. They may already be aware of the problem, and if they aren't aware and they tell you again that it is because of your coupon (or worse, accuse you of getting the RR and then coming back and lying about it), have them ring the medium toothbrushes WITHOUT the coupon to prove it won't print. This is assuming you care that much about $2, which I do...lol. The RR program is so awful, I want every cent they owe me!![]()
I purchased the ones pictured in the ad but they rang up $2.79 and the cashier price adjusted them to $2.00. I used the BOGO & no RR printed! :sad: The manager was nice enough to scan all the toothbrushes she had til she found one that rang up SALE 2.00. She rang up 2 of them and gave me the RR. I was so glad she did that!The one that gave the RR was SOFT and COMPACT.:shrug7:
DOH! I think you're right- I got a med & a soft. It was that darn MEDIUM :( thanks gals- that makes me feel a little better. Now if I could just find some 409 cleaner I might be a little more pro-wags this week. I've gone to FOUR and found 3 stores don't seem to stock 409, and one store had ONE bottle, so not enough to do the deal on. So sad. I wanted $.50 409.
Yes, the medium tb's are the culprit. I didn't realize till I got home that not only did I not get RR, but also they rang up $2.79 ea. I bought those on Sun, went to a closer store Mon & got just the soft ones, used bogo Q, got RR. I plan to take the others back tomorrow, I prefer to go to the original store of purchase over this, which is a little farther from home. I shouldn't have any problems with the missing RR being as they didn't even ring up the correct price, but we'll see... I wish they'd start the sales on a weekday when at least one of my kids is in school so I wouldn't be so :hectic1:at the checkout.
