Walgreens Oral B Indicator with BOGO Q is NOT printing RR!

I bought a whole slew of soft ones- I did 6 transactions of two each. Printed fine. Then I bought one soft and one medium. The med. rang up 2.79, cashier price adjusted. After the trans. was complete- it didn't print the rr. The manager came over and voided the transaction and then rang the soft one twice. Worked fine. :)

I bought a Thermacare and two Oral B medium toothbrushes today, used the B1G1F coupon for the Oral B and got both RRs just fine.

I have done this several times. The first time I bought I soft compact and a medium 'full'. head and they had to price adjust the medium one to $2 and no rr printed. Since then I have purchased the soft compact and the medium regular and they both ring up at $2 each and the rr have been printing.

Medium Regular [300410801403] or Soft Full [300410801007] work.
When in doubt, have them price check. If it isn't $2, it won't produce the RR.

I got both med Oral B Indicator ad used the B1G1 and it printed. :shrug7: I sometimes think register rewards are like throwing a dart in the dark with your eyes closed.

I went this morning to Walgreens to return my toothbrushes. What the manager and I figured out was that it does not matter on the soft or med it is the regular size head. There is one that says full head and it is not on sale until a few more weeks. Hope this helps others.

I'm going to call Catalina....the ad Walgreens ran said nothing about soft, med, full, compact, etc; just that it had to be an Oral-B Indicator toothbrush. I wish I would have seen this post before I got it...pooh. I had the price issue too and she had to price adjust one toothbrush to 2.00.

i went to 3 different wags the other day to check out their clearance and to do the oral b toothbrush RR. the first one did not have them for the deal. there were no signs posted either. i grabbed 1 soft and 1 med, the cashier rang them up for me and they were 2.99 each. he voided the transaction because they were ringing up at the wrong price. the manager said she will price adjust them for me since they were the ones on the last page of the ad, but she will no honor the RR because i am using the bogo coupon. i left there empty handed. i stopped by another wags which is just down the street from the first one. at this one, everything went well, i brought 2 med ones and used the bogo coupon and my RR printed out fine. i stopped by another wags on the way home, only the soft ones rang up on sale so i brought 2 of those. so overall, didnt go well as i planned to. got 4 toothbrushes for free, wags brand 64 load laundry detergent for 2.19 , 2 packs thermacare (could not find them at the first wags), and a 4 pack of enfamil already mixed formula for .34!!! (they were on clearance for 5.34 but i had the 5.00 MQ printable).

I tried to buy two of the medium toothbrushes, 1 rang up 2 and the other rang up at 2.79. They were identical but had different UPC's. I think thats the problem with the med. I purchased 2 med the otgher day and the RR printed just fine
Look for UPC 3 00410 80140 3 those work in med
