Walgreens bcoz i used RR...need help

I want to walgreens yday & purchased 1 T/north almond crisps ($3)_& Neutrogena 1 oil free acne wash($7.99) with 1 $4 &1 $2 RR (from diffrent deal )and paid $5.71 in cash...I should have got T/north almond crisps $3 & Neutrogena $2 RR right?????????? I dint get any RR..:((...i asked cashier she said u didnt get rr back becoz u paid with RR....what should i do??...should i call cust care or should i go back & return it?????????How can i get RR back?

I can tell you the true north clusters RR comes from Frito-Lay, were either of the 2 RRs you used from Frito-Lay?

Honestly, I'd just return it & rebuy it. I don't have the time nor money to pay to send a request in for a RR that should have been included as part of a deal. I shouldn't have to and I won't. If the deal doesn't go through as advertised (RRs don't print), then I return the items.
